A one-time commission on each account you brought in, earned once that account is activated and its first invoice is collected — not when the customer signs. It is the same $750 whether that account is a law firm or a service department. Sign five in a month and that's $3,750 in commissions — on top of your growing residual. One exception: the Auto — Shop entry tier pays $350, because it is a $349/month product. Every other plan pays the full $750.
Commission-only, 1099 — work as a sole proprietor, no LLC required. The $250 fast-start bonus pays on your first signed law firm account within 30 days of joining, and does not apply to Auto or Trades accounts.
