What you earn

Uncapped, and nothing you are ever asked to pay us. Commission is earned once an account is activated and its first invoice is collected — not when the customer signs — and pays monthly after that payment clears. Straight commission: no salary, no hourly, no draw, no guaranteed earnings.

The residual is yours. Once an account passes 90 days it is vested, and your 10% keeps paying every month that account stays active — including after you stop selling for us. It is an owned book, not a bonus that stops when you do.

Who you'll be calling on in Plano

• Law firms. Solo and small firms that lose a case every time an intake call goes to voicemail. The AI qualifies the matter, screens the conflict, and hands the attorney a finished intake.
• Auto repair shops and dealer service departments. The AI captures the caller, routes service, sales, or parts, and books the visit.
• Home-service trades. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing — it scores urgency and captures the job while the owner is under a sink.

How you start

• Apply below — two minutes.
• Create your agent account and take the certification: about fifteen minutes on the product, the pricing, and what you can and cannot promise a customer.
• Pass it and you are activated the same day, with your own tracking link.
• Set up payouts before your first deal. It hands off to Stripe, which collects your W-9 and bank details directly — Mariontek never sees your Social Security number.

Plano and Dallas are separate markets

They sit in the same metro area, and we list them separately because they are separate books. The firms and shops you would call on in Plano are not the ones a Dallas agent calls on. If you are closer to Dallas, take that market instead — the two are not assigned to the same person.
