Plans and Pricing

The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plan details, including included minutes, callback limits, and monthly fees, are presented during checkout and in your account settings. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts and is charged at the time of initial subscription.

Billing Cycle and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Your billing date is set at the time of your first payment. Renewal charges are processed on that date each month.

Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. You authorize MarionTek to charge your payment method on file for all subscription and usage fees when due. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and for any fees charged by your financial institution.

Failed Payments and Suspension

If a scheduled payment fails, MarionTek will notify you and your subscription will enter a grace period. If payment is not resolved within 5 days of the failed charge, service will be suspended. During suspension, outbound callbacks and AI call processing are paused; your account data remains accessible. Continued non-payment after suspension may result in account termination.

You remain responsible for all accrued fees regardless of service status. To restore service, update your payment method in the billing portal and pay any outstanding balance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service through the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's fees.

Refunds

Subscription fees and setup fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support within 30 days of the charge and we will review it. Refunds, if granted, are at MarionTek's discretion.

Usage Limits and Plan Caps

Each plan includes a defined number of callback minutes per billing period. Usage is tracked against this limit. When your account reaches the minute cap for your plan, outbound callbacks are paused automatically until the next billing period or until you upgrade to a higher plan.

AI-assisted call classification is also subject to per-period usage limits. When the AI limit for a period is reached, calls continue to be handled and basic intake is captured, but AI-generated summaries and classifications will not be produced until the next period. You will see a notice in your dashboard when limits are approaching.

Usage limits reset on your billing cycle date, not on the calendar month. Unused minutes do not carry over.

Overage rates, if applicable to your plan, are disclosed in your account settings and charged at the end of the billing period.

Taxes

Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes assessed on your subscription based on your location and applicable law. MarionTek will add applicable taxes to invoices where required to collect them.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You will be billed at the new rate from the applicable effective date.
