Field Sales Representative
Build your territory representing Mariontek to service businesses and contractors in your area. You'll be selling a product that solves a real, immediate problem — and one that proves itself on the first demo call.
This is a field and remote sales role. You own your pipeline, your schedule, and your earnings. Mariontek provides the product, the tools, and the support — you bring the hustle.
What you'll do
Prospect and close service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, and more
Run demos that show exactly what a missed call costs and how Mariontek fixes it
Build and manage your own territory and pipeline
Represent the Mariontek brand with professionalism and integrity
What we're looking for
Proven track record in field sales, B2B sales, or business development
Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding
Comfortable selling to small business owners — trades, contractors, service businesses
Strong communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
Genuine interest in AI and technology products

Compensation: Estimated first-year earnings: $40,000–$120,000+ depending on territory and performance. Commission structure disclosed during the interview process. This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you set your own schedule and own your results.
