Field Sales Representative
Build your territory representing Mariontek to service businesses and contractors in your area. You'll be selling a product that solves a real, immediate problem — and one that proves itself on the first demo call.
This is a field and remote sales role. You own your pipeline, your schedule, and your earnings. Mariontek provides the product, the tools, and the support — you bring the hustle.
What you'll do
Prospect and close service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, and more
Run demos that show exactly what a missed call costs and how Mariontek fixes it
Build and manage your own territory and pipeline
Represent the Mariontek brand with professionalism and integrity
What we're looking for
Proven track record in field sales, B2B sales, or business development
Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding
Comfortable selling to small business owners — trades, contractors, service businesses
Strong communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
Genuine interest in AI and technology products

Titles are earned through performance, not tenure. High performers move fast.
Compensation: Straight commission, 1099 — no salary, no draw, no guaranteed earnings. $750 per account ($350 on the Auto — Shop entry plan), an additional $250 on your first law firm account signed within 30 days of joining, plus 10% of each account’s monthly subscription for as long as it stays active. Commission is earned once the account is activated and its first invoice is collected, and is paid monthly in arrears after that payment clears. Payouts run through Stripe, which collects your W-9 and bank details directly. An account that cancels within 90 days of activation makes its new-account commission refundable. Full terms in the Independent Sales Agent Agreement you sign before selling.
